Bolt-on ViS Racing Tracer Style Carbon Fiber hood for 2000-2005 Lexus IS300 . Since the mid 90's, ViS Racing has been designing and manufacturing Grade A carbon fiber hoods for a wide range of vehicles. All ViS carbon fiber hoods are bolt-on and require no modifications during installation. They offer OEM type under-skeleton to ensure structural durability. All carbon fiber hoods come with UV protectant high-gloss clear coat, to ensure long lasting lustrous finish. ViS carbon fiber hoods are typically lighter than OEM or factory steel hoods.

All VIS Carbon Fiber Hoods and Trunks are manufactured using a two-part construction design. The top layer is composed of carbon fiber material bonded to the hood surface with high-grade epoxy resin, and finished with an ultra-clear (Poly Shield), UV-protective polyurethane coating for a high gloss finish. A one-piece, smooth underside shell is fused to the top layer enhancing the productfs structural integrity. The edges are smoothed by hands to insure good quality finish all around.  | |||
