The 2005-2013 Corvette C6 World Challenge hood is manufactured by ACS’s validated RTM process hood features a series of extractors taken directly from the race track and proven in the wind tunnel. Made from its validated RTM process each quality panel will be injected, robotically trimmed, prepped and primed to deliver a new level of quality never seen in the Corvette community. Panels can be installed on any C6 Corvette 2005 and up including coupes, convertibles and Z06. This hood comes in primer, which is an unpainted surface that will require final sanding prior to paint. No. hood pins are not required, as the hood will withstand high speeds. The L88 is installed the same way your OEM hood is installed. We re-use all the OEM mounting points and hardware.
