Our flares are manufactured using a high pressure thermoplastic injection molding process. This manufacturing process produces a light weight, strong and durable fender flare. Manufactured using only virgin polypropylene (PP) resin to ensure that our flares are of high OE quality. Our polypropylene flares come pre-painted to match OEM vehicle color or in a black matte finish which is also paintable if you prefer and much easier to paint then urethane flares. The process provides excellent fitment on the fender panels and are easy to install as no edge trim is needed.
