WET Carbon Fiber - This product is manufactured Wet using 3K, 2×2 Twill Weave Carbon Fiber and Anderson Composites proprietary vacuum infusion process. The industry calls this process Wet because the resin is introduced into the mold as a liquid; this process produces a high gloss, wet-look shiny finish. It is highly recommended to use an automotive clear with UV inhibitors to prolong the life and finish of the product.

All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear finish blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. In the event such parts prove defective following their purchase and installation, the buyer assumes the entire value of any cost related to installation, repair, or replacement. Anderson Composites will not be held liable for anything other than the replacement of said defective part and will not incur any other costs.
Shipping Damage
Anderson Composites packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. The buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier’s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse the shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer’s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Freight Shipping All freight shipments must be inspected prior to signing the delivery receipt. It is necessary to remove all packaging materials from the merchandise to inspect for freight damage such as broken corners or punctures that may have been caused by a forklift. If there are signs of damage, refuse the delivery and sign the delivery receipt as “DAMAGED” then contact us immediately to file a damage claim. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Returns If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or credit at our own discretions. All authorized returns must be in the original packaging complete with all pieces and all documents included; otherwise, the return shall be deemed ineligible, and in which case, no refund, exchange, or credit shall be issued. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns. Shipping is non-refundable. No cancellation, refund, exchange, or a credit on used parts, modified parts, painted parts, special ordered parts or custom ordered parts. REPLACEMENTS: On occasion, wrong items are shipped. Anderson Composite reserves the right to either get the wrong item back or request destruction photos of the item. Once the wrong item is being returned or the destruction photos are approved we will then ship a replacement item.
