Advantage Of Urethane: Urethane parts are virtually unbreakable. Unlike fiberglass and even ABS plastic, urethane can take an impact that severely distorts the part and have the part return to its original shape. And when painted with a flexible paint, urethane can withstand moderate flexing without damaging the paint. To facilitate painting, Xenon does not use silicone mold release. Instead they use a wax-based mold release film, so less time will be needed to prep the parts for painting.
